My Attempt to Build a Tiny Home in Ellijay GA

I met with planing and zoning in regards to building my first tiny home. I bought a few lots years ago and hoped to one day build on my land. Weird to hear such negativity about this topic... I was told “that brings down home values...” etc.... blah blah blah. Followed by environmental health dept and then permits and clerk of courts digging into building specifics... What a very long day... which turned into a week which turned into months of headaches.....this county is really against tiny homes.
